Payment Options All Bob's Heating and Cooling customers can pay with cash, personal or company checks, and major credit cards. Our rates are already so incredibly competitive that we do not offer cash discounts. For Emergency Repair Service we ask for payment at the time our services are rendered, for customers with Maintenance Agreements we invoice monthly or quarterly depending upon on the terms of your Agreement, and for major work including HVAC System Replacements and New HVAC System Installations we may require a deposit to order equipment with the balance of your contract due upon the completion of our work.

Equipment Rebates are often available from HVAC equipment manufacturers. We can help you to find quality HVAC equipment that has available incentive money. The federal government may offer tax credits for certain systems that meet high energy efficiency standards. We can advise you on the forms to complete and the process for claiming any rebate or incentive money. Since the claim must be made by the consumer, we are unable to complete, file or apply the rebate money to our contract with you. The manufacturer will send a check directly to your door.

Equipment Leases Commercial customers who have been in business at the same location for at least two years, and have good credit, may qualify for equipment leasing options. Commercial customers can often get low payments on 100% of their equipment cost. These leases typically end with consumer owning the equipment for an extremely small fee. Our HVAC and refrigeration equipment leases are ideal for restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, retail stores, business offices, strip malls and office parks.
